SECRET SANTA

KawaiiHaven's admin have finally decided, that KawaiiHaven is going to host our first Secret Santa. We would like to make this an annual tradition at KawaiiHaven!! All the information, rules, and regulations are listed below.

A maximum of 150 members of KawaiiHaven
The 150 members we accept must have artwork of at least medium quality. If your art usually gets accepted into KawaiiHaven, then you will probably qualify for the secret santa.
Admin may join, but it is not required
Everyone's secret santa will be chosen randomly
We will stop accepting applications to join, on November 1, 2012
You will be replied to or sent a note by November 1, 2012 if you are accepted. If you do not receive one, then you were not accepted
All secret santa artworks must be fully colored, backgrounds are recommended and are urged to be used but they are not required
Just in case, someone doesn't get an artwork I would like to have a special list of people who would be willing to donate one extra piece of artwork to someone who didn't get a gift. Tell us in the comments if you would be willing to be a part of the list.
If you get accepted, I will note you asking you what you would like from your secret santa, and then send that information to your secret santa
All secret santa gifts must be uploaded December 25, 2012 or before
DO NOT PROCRASTINATE We are giving everyone 2 months to work on their secret santa gift, so you have plenty of time, but do not wait until the last minute and give your secret santa a terrible, quick and rushed gift.

F.A.Q.
Q: Is there a certain theme I should draw?
A: Nope, there is no specific theme. The theme is completely up to you.

Q: Who am I drawing for?
A: On November 1, 2012 all the participants will be notified of who they are drawing for and the wish list of the deviant you are drawing for.

Q: I don't celebrate Christmas. Can I still participate?
A: Of course! Secret Santa isn't about Christmas it is about giving a gift to another deviant, and knowing you made their day!

Q: Do we have to upload our gifts on exactly December 25, 2012?
A: No, you just have to post your gift on December 25, 2012 or before.

Q: Do we post our wish list in a journal?
A: No, you will tell KawaiiHavenplz, our special group account, your wish list on November 1, 2012 in a replied note. Meaning we will note you first, and you simply have to reply to us with your wish list.

Q: If there are multiple different ideas and suggestions on the wish list I got, do I have to draw all of those suggestions?
A: No, if you get multiple suggestions you only need to pick one
